The Family Church, Sugar Hill GeorgiaChuck is currently giving leadership to The Family Church which has averaged more than 23% growth each year for more than 6 straight years. In 2006 he completed a $6.2 million building project and the church continues to break attendance, finance and evangelism goals while running more than 1400 in attendance each Sunday.
Chuck also assists more than 5,000 middle and high school students each year in life and leadership development through Student Leadership University where he also leads the organization's efforts in strategic fund raising and strategic planning.
Previously he served as Chief Operating Officer, North American Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention where he gave direction to more than 400 staff, 5,000 missionaries and 2,700 chaplains and managed a budget of more than $125 million. There he created and grew Next Level Leadership Network from zero to 25,000 and trained participants in leadership development in the first year alone.
Prior to his ministry involvement, Chuck operated a large residential and commercial development firm in Atlanta where he developed more than 2,000 residential and commercial properties including projects for Kroger, Belk and Winn-Dixie.

With his broad scope of experience, he has specialized in advertising and marketing with a heart. To date, he and his team have worked with over 100 ministries and non-profit organizations to create campaigns that exceed expectations. Recently he developed programs for the Crystal Cathedral (Dr. Robert Schuller), Purpose-Driven Ministries (Rick Warren/Saddleback Church), Lifetogether (formerly of Willow Creek Community Church), HomeWord, Community Plus, Ministry Growers and Church Resource Ministries.
For their efforts, Jerry and Jamison Advertising have received numerous design awards from such prestigious organizations as the Marketing Association of California, the National Public Relations Association, the National Advertising Editors Association, and been honored by the American Marketing Association for creating the Campaign of the Year.

Together these two young, creative and sometimes slightly off-center young men are challenging the Christian communications world through their highly popular blog, The Plow.
Going well beyond the limits of traditional advertising and marketing, this team is responsible for designing all Ministry Growers materials for member churches as well as for a wide range of both mega-churches and ministry organizations. Known for their fresh thinking and groundbreaking design, they have already created a volume of work that is drawing national attention. Equally proficient in illustration, design, and web applications, they have recently drawn notice for their insightful writings on the state of Christian communications on which they have been the subject of several interviews.

Rob Corley

of Fundraising CompaniesRob serves as president of the NAFC, a trade organization that includes CEO’s and Chief Operating Officer’s from each of the 10 largest fundraising firms in the country. Over his 26 year career in fundraising, he has developed marketing strategies, product lines and programs to assist non-profit organizations, both large and small, in raising needed funds.
Rob currently directs all marketing activities for GAO, a national fundraising company located in Nashville that works with over 20,000 schools and groups each year, and to date has assisted in raising over $750,000,000 in profits for schools. Previously Rob served for 9 years as Vice President of Marketing for QSP, a Division of the Readers Digest Association.
Actively involved in church ministry at a wide range of levels, Rob consistently brings his fundraising expertise into the church world with a goal of building the kingdom through funding facilities expansion, new church planting, missions and church growth.
